Hidden Gem, not just a coffee shop! Booked a table but had to change it last minute due to our walk over running. Staff were very accommodating and changed our booking time to suit. All 6 of us had Sunday lunch which was delicious and plenty enough. We left full and satisfied. Staff were very friendly and service was brilliant 👏 we will be back!

We stopped here after doing the waterfalls walk for a much needed hot drink. The staff were super friendly, especially the lady who served us. You could really see the joy she was putting in to the kids hot chocolates! We weren't rushed out after finishing and the cakes were delicious. Only thing that loses a star... We paid £39 for 2x kids hot chocolates, 2x coffees and 3x slices of cake. No menu and no receipt, so not sure if we paid someone else's bill? Seems very steep. Despite that, an enjoyable recovery stop.

A great place to visit after a walk to the nearby waterfalls. The staff here were particularly friendly and helpful. We didn't stay in the accommodation, so I can't comment on this, but the restaurant was excellent, with a good variety of dishes.

Rude staff Stopped there today after walking, inside was full so we sat outside, went in to use the toilets and to look at the cake selection to be told quite rudely by staff that it was full (which we were already aware of). Had a small slice of very underwhelming cheesecake and charged £7.50 for it. The staff there were rude and stuck up, will not be visiting again I definitely would not recommend

What a fabulous gem of a restaurant. Amazing finish to the waterfalls walk. I had delicious tagliatelle with prawns, it was top notch, my compadres has chicken burgers, also incredibly good. Great service, friendly staff always smiling and attentive. Great drinks menu too. Would highly recommend.

Stopped by on an admittedly busy Sunday for a dinner, told to sit outside and order at the window- sunny day so happy with that. Ordered 1 vegan wellington and 2 beef dinners with drinks- over £60 for the 3 of us. Our drinks came and our dinners followed. A small plate of veg between us and cold dinners. Not pleased as when we tried to get the staffs attention they ignored us despite seeing and checking back with others.

Popped in on the off chance they had a table for Sunday lunch, they managed to squeeze us in a few hours later which was perfect. Staff were all amazing and so friendly and happy to help. Food was fabulous, I had the beef and I definitely left with a full belly. Dogs were welcome and staff checked if they were okay with other dogs before seating others around us which was very considerate. Would definitely recommend

A great stop off prior to taking a walk up waterfall country. Upon arrival it was quiet and very relaxed. Dogs are also allowed inside. We were greated by one of the team who said to take a seat and order at the bar. The menu was great and had a good choice for breakfast.
We ordered 2 lattes, a large and small breakfast plus 2 sausages for the dogs which came to around £38.
Drinks soon arrived followed bot too long by the breakfast. Everything was fresh and so tasty. Great quality products which you don't mind spending that little bit extra for.

I don’t know they have never let me have a coffee or anything to eat once been turned away quite rudely every time I’ve attempted to go there which is going on now 20’odd times so I wouldn’t bother. Looks nice but who knows if they won’t let you in to try it? Properly out ke off forever. Full of tourists so just avoid is packed everyday without fail and you’ll be lucky to park anywhere

Tidy
Great location, the rooms are clean and tidy. We had a very Bijou room (with the smallest shower I have ever used),but there are bigger.
There is a separate restaurant where breakfast is available, it is advisable to book as it can prove very popular.

Visited here many times for evening/afternoon meals. Quite a small compact place but service is always quick and efficient. Food is good with a good choice on the menu.

Best veggie lasagne I've ever had. The staff were so lovely, the boss even gave me teabags because I'd forgotten some on my camping trip... we will be back! 😀

The music they play over lunch is extremely loud, even after asking the staff to turn it down. It’s gym music, fast, very bassy and just a bit too much. It really spoils the place itself which is very smart. The food is good too.

Nice lodge in nice setting with great bistro attached. BUT let itself down due to cold room with no heating and very small shower with hardly any room to move.

Amazing food Popped in on a Friday lunchtime. Really nice food, corn beef pie with chips and peas, and garlic mushrooms on sourdough. Not the fastest serving, we waited 25 minutes but would 100% come back.

Cold room. Tiny shower. Nice place in great setting. Great food. BUT let itself down as room was cold due to no heating and tiny shower so small you could hardly move.

Private event Had a lovely evening at the sgwd. Hired for a private event and was provided a lovely buffet with plenty of options for everyone. Staff were brilliant and really helpful

Utter disgrace. Absolutely disgraceful. This place is a con and it shouldn’t be allowed. Reading the description, and given the cost, you’d think the rooms were 4 star quality, but they’re absolutely tiny (barely bigger than the bed) and the walls are so thin you can hear literally everything going on in the room next door. The bathrooms are ridiculously small and the showers are unusable. Do not stay here!

It’s a real treat! Great find, fab coffee, smoothie & carrot cake was superb. Friendly staff & lovely outside space. Highly recommend ☕️🍰

Disappointing Sunday lunch Three of us went a few weeks ago after a Sunday lunch recommendation by a friend. Not sure if there was a different chef on the Sunday we visited, but we were very disappointed. We waited a long time for our food and when it came, we were surprised at the two very small pieces of lamb (even though you have to pay extra for lamb) we were given and what must have been a teaspoon of mashed potato on our plate. Thank goodness we paid £1.50 for a Yorkshire pudding which made it look more on the plate. My husband’s beef (the small amount he had) was tasteless. We don’t think the mint sauce had been made with vinegar. It just tasted of water. Very expensive for what we had and we came away still hungry. Real shame as the staff were very pleasant. Unfortunately, the music was also really loud which made it difficult to have a conversation.

Best coffee I’ve had in my life! I came in to the cafe today after having lunch in the pub across the road to get coffees and cakes for the long drive home. The latte I had was the best latte I’ve ever had in my life (I know that’s a bold statement to make but it really was) it was hot, creamy and the coffee had such a great flavour. I also had the raspberry millionaires shortbread and that was sensational! The staff were super friendly and attentive, take away service was fast. I highly recommend this cafe and it’s really close to the Four Falls walk.

Lucked in with Thursday night steak night. Great atmosphere, delicious steak, staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. Nice little play list on the go too. Jam sponge and litres of custard, for the win! Diolch!!

Lunch Omg they change the lovely music to rave music so when your sitting outside it’s no longer relaxing because it’s upbeat rave music

superb hidden gem We visited this place following a hike of the nearby waterfalls and were amazed at the superb hospitality and amazing food that we booked to come back for dinner The lunch and dinner menu were on point, affordable with large portions and amazing quality. Would love to shout out Jill who we saw on both occasion’s for her amazing presence and friendly demeanour! Both agreed that the next time we are in the area this will be a stop just to try more of the menu there is an extensive wine and gin menu available with great deals on in the evening for both food and cocktails

Really wonderful cozy place. I had a delicious full english vegan breakfast and my doggies also got some treats. Welcoming staff and great value for money! Can't wait to go back there!

Overpriced and watch when giving a deposit Took a big deposit and then wouldn't refund it (said it had to be spent, and could only be spent on drinks!) This was really frustrating given there were 10 of who'd only met for a drink. Service was ok, nothing special. No ales on tap bar one. Drinks were very expensive. I notice their hygiene rating has improved however I wouldn't pay that much for the food. Overall I think if they weren't situated in such a good spot they wouldn't be in business.

Cosy and cute! Last minute booking due to accommodation that had fallen through. Lovely little stay. Very small and cosy rooms but amazing location right in between two nice pubs. A lovely walk with waterfall 10 minutes away too. Street parking but plenty of it.

Great place for food and great service! Great food in a lovely setting with friendly and attentive service. Gill and Isabel made us feel welcome and well looked after. The venue is dog-friendly, which is a big plus, and the location is perfect for a walk to the waterfalls. A really enjoyable experience—highly recommend. We went back after our walk for dessert!

Pen y fan walk What a gem of a place. The rooms ranged in size but all were immaculate and modern. The food was very good and the bar staff Gill and Izzy were brilliant and made the stay even better. We had a great time will certainly be coming back very soon

5 Star - perfect l! The perfect place for a weekend away with friends to explore the Brecon Beacons and waterfalls. Izzy and Gill were brilliant hosts - food at dinner and breakfast was excellent, rooms clean and comfortable and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good dog friendly restaurant Good atmosphere and really helpful staff, it’s also dog friendly which is always amazing as we take our dog everywhere. They offer treats and pup cups for them too! Food and coffee was amazing, would definitely recommend

A lovely little find My sister and I like to hook up for a brunch every few weeks and decided to try this place out. Had a lovely welcome, varied choice of breakfast/brunch dishes, so difficult to decide! Friendly service and food was excellent quality, beautifully cooked and presented. Also reasonably priced. Definitely recommend a visit.

What an absolute treat it was to be here! Really enjoyed the service and the food, I opted for the Christmas Special baguette, it was honestly very dreamy and cannot recommend enough, my brothers has the Philly cheese steak and loaded fries respectively and both raved about how good the quality was.
Really lovely staff, my only gripe is that the table next to us were not in control of their dogs which is always extremely annoying

Great spot for Brunch Visited for brunch and we were all really pleased with our meals. The place was really busy but we were seated really quickly and all the waitresses were really friendly and helpful. Service was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Lovely welcoming deliscious dining. Fabulously friendly staff. Welcoming relaxed dining with a great choise of dishes amd cocktails.and gins. We arrived 5 mins before kitchen clised and they were still welcoming. I had veggie curry.....butternut squash, swet porato and spinach, drlicious served with wild and whit basmati and a mini naan. Hisband had beef stew with dumpling, mash and tendestem. Again very tasty. You could tell it was a'chef' as the greens very very cheffy al dente. 😄

This is the perfect one stop shop. The room we stayed in was "cosy" but beautiful, clean and perfectly sufficient for a very restful night's sleep. The food in the bistro was absolutely stunning with some of the best peppercorn sauce I've ever had (stolen from my partner's plate while he was distracted by his perfectly cooked steak). Highly recommended and I would happily stay again

Cockles and lava bread for breakfast... unusual for me but when in Wales !. Lovely staff, super friendly village. Truly beautifully scenery to walk through. Stick your boots on and enjoy the outdoors .

Great food and amazing variety for you meat eaters, veggies and vegans! I have been eating here for years and have never had a bad meal and this is as a vegan! Sunday roasts, mushroom wellington, with all the bits, so you don't feel you are being fobbed off with the usual we can't be asked to cook for you crap. They offer so much during the week too and their new Vegan Lasagne is the best Ive ever had, but you must must order the triple cooked chunky chips to go with, because eating was invented for them alone! I love that my meat eating friends and myself can equally enjoy a bloody good meal together and remains my top Welsh places to go! and it's in the most incredible setting with the perfect waterfall walks for before or after. Top tip : if you like a red wine, the Shiraz is perfect!

Family Sunday lunch Good location, had Sunday lunch there, family visit of 17 people. Good choice on the menu, everyone went for the 3 courses for £26.00, excellent well cooked food with good potion size. Will definitely be returning.

Came across this place whilst on a route seeking out the waterfalls and it was just what we needed. Service was friendly and good coffee and cakes… we both had a sandwich and roll too which were good. Also had baby change which was great for us with a 12week old!

Very good Small rooms, but very good breakfast, including very nice coffee. Lots of choices, can recommend the cockles, very tasty I’d far rather have it that way round than big room and crap breakfast

Wish I didn't live across the ocean so I could visit more often! My family and I visited this place on a recommendation from an old friend of mine whilst we were travelling abroad over the summer break! We visited on their weekly Thursday steak night because steak and wine is the best way to unwind in the middle of the week!! Wish I could have visited for breakfast the next day before we had to take off.. their menus looked delicious. Overall, we had a really great time for a first time visit! The food we ordered was really good and fairly priced. The staff were super friendly and I enjoyed the lively atmosphere. I hope we can make time to visit again soon.

Love me some Curry Visited here on the most recent Curry night while visiting the area. My partner and I both had the curry, which was one of the nicest curries we have both had in long time. Staff were both friendly and attentive, would definitely visit again if we return to South Wales. Highly recommended

My girlfriend and I stayed here as a base for the Four Waterfalls hike, which is conveniently only a 10-minute drive away. If you’re planning a stay here, I highly recommend checking out the hike—it’s a stunning experience.
As for the food, it exceeded our expectations. My girlfriend had the chicken curry, which she said was the best she’s ever tasted. I went for the burger, which was clearly fresh, with a generous portion size. We couldn’t resist dessert, especially with the fresh cakes on offer. The profiterole cake was delicious. The pricing was very reasonable, with two main meals, one alcoholic drink, and one dessert coming to around £45—a great deal for the quality.
The service was top-notch. The waitstaff were attentive, checking in on us several times throughout the meal and always making us feel welcome.
We stayed in the smallest room available, but it didn’t feel cramped at all. The modern decor and spotless cleanliness made it a comfortable space. The shower had excellent water pressure and temperature, though the shower space itself was a little tight.
Overall, a fantastic stay with great food, service, and location. Highly recommended!

Disappointed Very disappointed I had steak which was extremely salty, it was priced at £22 odd I complained and had £2 taken off my meal lol. My friends enjoyed their meals one had fish and the other mushroom wellington

Fair, no hurry to return Have been before, expensive but atmosphere & location nice, so happy to return. This morning's breakfast was not good however, burnt toast even, & for three small breakfasts & beverages paid way way over the odds!! Cashing in big time!! Nothing special

Pretty Average and disappointingly pricey The staff and service was very good. The cafe/restaurant was well appointed and comfortable. However, the food and drink was expensive. Food review:- Classic BLT on malted bread. The best of the 3 sandwiches. Quite tasty with plenty of thick bacon. Crispy Cajun Halloumi with chilli sauce baguette. Disappointing, not very tasty, chilly sauce very poor. Quite boring. Sgwd Steak Philly baguette. The worst sandwich overall. Chewy beef on mild greasy cheese. Surprisingly tasteless. Thick cut chips. These were quite tasty, but the portion size was not very generous. Would I go again? No, the pub over the road does better food for less.

Take away coffee Busy cafe / restaurant serving excellent food and cakes. We stopped for a take away coffee and cake which was great with friendly service.

Sunday Roast 👌🏻 Great little find after our walk on The Elidir Trail and in much need of a Sunday Roast. We were so happy to find they were still serving even though it was 3pm. The staff were delightful and the food delicious.The cake fridge was extensive and even included two GF options, much to my delight… I highly recommend the Carrot Cake. Definitely worth a visit.

Great food in a great location My boyfriend and I stumbled across this gorgeous restaurant/cafe after a lovely walk around the waterfalls. We ordered the Sgwd steak Philly cheese sandwich and the triple cooked chips. They were both absolutely stunning, in particular the quality of the rump steak in the sandwich and the red onion chutney to accompany it. We are so glad we found this place and will definitely come back time and time again for the delicious homemade triple cooked chips 😍. Definitely recommend pre or post waterfall explore. It is worth every penny. Not to mention the super friendly staff 😊

Lovely food Absolutely love coming here. We’ve visited several times for breakfast, Sunday lunches and Thursday steak night. Staff are always friendly, food is always delicious! The steak night is well worth a visit for, I would always choose Sgwd for a steak over Miller & Carter.

Great food, friendly, great service Quite possibly the nicest meal we have had in a long time. The food was incredible and the staff were great made us feel so welcome and were great with our daughters. We loved it here such a beautiful intimate space…. A little gem!!

Good enough Staying in their accommodation for one night. We were supposed to have a glass of wine upon arrival but instead were simply told the room wasn’t ready and to come back in an hour (we were an hour early) we came back two hours later (4pm) to check in and they showed us the room and told us that they’d turn on the heating on their way out and they they were also not open for dinner that night. They didn’t turn on the heating until a new guest arrived the next morning. The shower is tiny! I could barely move around to wash myself. Felt like I was about to take off in a spaceship. The water was hot and there were no instructions on how the contraption worked so I settled on a temp that wasn’t scolding my skin off. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good in the morning. Would not stay more than one night

Disappointed ☹️ Been calling here over the years, always had a warm welcome and good food, always recommended to others, called there yesterday for breakfast, it was awful, rock hard sausages, hash browns were tasteless ! Not up to usual standard, either too busy pre cooking some items? Please get back on track , I don’t mind paying and I don’t mind waiting , hopefully this was a one off .

Great venue for a party Last month I had a gender reveal party at the venue and it went perfectly. I contacted the venue via e-mail with very specific dates for the party and the communication with the venue was brilliant. They were very helpful and were so lovely to deal with. We have quite a few allergies in the family and they were able to accommodate for these and provided us with a brilliant grazing board as well as vegan options. The drinks choice here is great with plenty of alcohol free options which was appreciated. We had 37 people attend the party which was fully inside due to weather and there were plenty of seats as well as space to move around as required. One of the best things about the venue is they don't charge for a venue hire- just price per person which I think is much more reasonable.

Portion size reduced to a third for same price. Great atmosphere, attentive friendly staff, beautiful venue and the food is always really good- having had the same mushroom Wellington twice before and really enjoyed it, I decided to have it again. However, the portion was a third of the size I had been given the previously - I was very disappointed to say the least and not worth £16 - however tasty..

Great breakfast, comfy bed and tranquil setting Stayed for one night and had breakfast. The room was lovely, comfortable bed. A tad on the cold side but soon warmed up under the covers. Shower a little on the tight side. Beautiful and tranquil setting. Breakfast was delicious, definitely recommend the egg, halloumi, chorizo and avocado bagel. Really friendly staff and bought a bottle of home grown gin too. There's a lovely waterfall trail to walk off the brekkie.

Did not expect this quality Did not expect to find a place like this in a location like this. Great menu offering. Surprised to see food served all day. Great and welcoming staff. Perfectly attentive. Not the widest range of beers but their own Sgwd ale is very nice and easy to drink! Lovely atmosphere with a mix of locals and walkers and passers through. Lovely way to end a walk I told my wife that whatever the weather on our waterfall walk, this place would make it all worthwhile. And it did. Amazing coffee, the best apple crumble slice I’ve ever had and a very friendly team who talked with pride about the place and the team behind it. Great stuff.

Avoid like the plague This is the worst place I have ever been in. Food very over priced £15 for a curry with 4 bits of of chicken. No check backs to see if food was ok. To add insult to injury the place had a table of young lads and girls shouting at the top of their voices, but not eating just drinking. Which cleared the restaurant. On the whole avoid like the plague.......

Excellent vegetarian lunch time meal My wife and I enjoyed a very tasty lunch inside Sgwd Gwladys following a mornings walk to the waterfalls just across the road. A cosy setting, charming staff and nice lunchtime crowd, made for a lovely atmosphere. I opted for a delicious sounding quorn and lentil shepherd's pie, that came with tenderstem brocolli and carrots, washed down with a crisp pint of Aspall cider. To say my meal was delicious would be an understatement. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her own steak baguette, both tasty and filling. We will definitely be returning, next time for Sunday lunch. Exceptional Discovery This place is fantastic. Beautifully done inside with a warm welcome and so cosy. Booking is a must to not be turned away and disappointed. The food is excellent and the staff are really courteous and helpful. This is my second visit and i plan to try out the menu as so much choice.

Loved our visit This is a fantastic spot and a great end to a stunning walk through the four waterfalls. Really good selection of excellent, carefully prepared food, a lovely atmosphere and incredibly friendly and helpful service. Plenty of choice and knowledgable assistance for those with allergies (gluten free bread and pasta available among others) and a very high quality children’s menu (our girls absolutely demolished the lasagna!) Highly recommended.

Saturday Night Meal Visited here for the first time tonight. Booking was easy, arrived to a warm welcome and was quickly sat at our table. Service was quick and efficient and the food was outstanding!!

Very poor The room was far too small, as was the bathroom, where there was literally nowhere to put your toothbrush, never mind anything else. It was impossible to shower properly in the minuscule cabin and I couldn’t get the water to run hot. The room heating had no controls and was not on when we arrived on a cold wet evening. We were told they would “boost it”, which didn’t seem to make much difference. In the morning it was off completely. Breakfast was very poor and gave me indigestion all day. It didn’t start til 9:00am- given early checkout time there was not much leeway. There seemed little point in complaining as this seems to be their standard. Definitely not “luxurious”, over priced and we shall not be going back. A shame, because this lovely village needs business. But they need to up their game- big time.

Shocking, simply SHOCKING. What a complete disappointment and rip off. We had Breakfast here and it was appalling to say the least. They got the order completely wrong, that's another story, although that started to sum this place up. It's NOT cheap, so you would expect quality, well, not a chance. Supermarket sausages, bacon which was the fattiest thinnest bacon they could find and the hash browns, what were they ? The size of £2 coin, it was beyond belief. The tomatoes were pretty small also. Their understanding on the Welsh word Mawr left a lot to be desired. My son had the Large ( Mawr ) Breakfast, yet didn't want some items in that choice, instead of offering him a substitute, they just happily charged him FULL price for EACH of the VERY poor quality items. We have been there before and I think they have now hit a point where they 'think' they have made a name for themselves, well, I have name for them, one I will not repeat, much like the possibility of me visiting again, like NEVER !

rac stop off what a amazing friendly place to stop . staff were bluming brilliant so accommodating . we broke down about 5 miles away and had waited nearly 7 hours for the rac to turn up , we had minimal signal but managed to find this near by to book a room if we had to stay , the signal was so so bad they could barely hear me but booked it under just mr 😂😂 we arrived with rac following us . they went off and found parts and came back to fix it , we didn’t have to stay in the end but had a lovely meal and a drink whilst waiting . everyone was so friendly and helpful staff were brilliant i highly recommend this place to anyone . and it’s possible we will come back and stay. thank you so much for all your help . The food was brilliant too .

Nice lunchtime venue Went for lunch with my friend . Quite an extensive menu and a lot of specials to chose from . We decided to both have Fish and chips . The fish was really lovely ,fresh and nice batter too . Atmosphere was nice too . Staff friendly and approachable

Top notch Fab time with the family and kids for my sons 4th bday. Food was lovely, great standard and the kids portions were just as impressive. The setting is really nice, not a huge venue but they've done the job of making it feel welcoming and not crammed in too many tables etc. We had a great time and the staff were a major part of that. Both Lou and Carly were on hand with whatever we needed, felt like we were constantly asking for more and almost a nag but were never made to feel that way. 100% would recommend and we'll be going back - the Tuesday offer is superb!

Disappointing Disappointing. Have visited and enjoyed this restaurant in the past but not on this occasion. Very crowded and our reserved table wasn't ready. Meal was ok, service wasn't great, staff were quite offhand. The restaurant was exceptionally noisy, groups of very loud customers, shouting across the room and rearranging seating around people who were still having lunch. One customer sat on a table to have a conversation and staff ignored it. Really uncomfortable atmosphere.

Waterfall walk We are staying here to walk the waterfalls. Found it by chance and so glad we did. Excellent location lovely room at such a great price. Restaurant very friendly with delicious food the nicest steak I’ve ever had. They went the extra mile and even got the drink in I like 😂

A wonderful place to stay and eat. We found this gem of a place to stay in for the night whilst visiting nearby Penderyn distillery. Room was quaint, modern and spotlessly clean. The food was amazing, I can highly recommend the wings, the surf and turf and the homemade lasagne, absolutely beautiful food. The biggest compliment I can give is to the staff, some of the friendliest we have ever met, will definitely be returning.

Rude staff Such bad customer service. Ordered dessert and then told us they needed the table back in 15 mins but we could move tables. Had elderly person with us so not much mobility but did not help us move dessert and coffee just stood there watching. They were rude and unhelpful very unusual for Welsh people. Will jog go back

Specials to die for Best food we’ve had in a while… venison pie was unreal as was the chicken special. Very good food and great service!

Not welcoming at all- cyclists should avoid this place We arrived after riding 50 miles at 11:40 and were told breakfast was finished and lunch didn’t start until 12:30! Very poor! (Breakfast advertised up to 11:45). So we left and went to McDonalds! We have visited before as a group and feel cyclists are not particularly welcome. Shame as the food is good and it’s a nice venue/location. Very narrow minded to be so unwelcoming to the cycling community, we won’t be visiting again.

Excellent Food and Service. Excellent food and service, in a very nice venue. Menu was varied with great choices, between the five off us we all ordered different food items and all were exceptional. The curry and lasagna were the best we have tasted. Great choice of drinks and cocktails at the bar. Will definitely be returning. Try this place it will not disappoint.

Pretty good Spent a weekend here to be close to a canyoning activity we had arranged.. the place is lovely and the rooms, though small, were comfortable. A few quirks, like no bathmat to step out onto after a shower. The foods was ok but not excellent..I think a bit too expensive for what it was. They had an unfortunate water leak which meant that we had no water during our last night and morning.. so no shower no flushing etc.. this was, of course, not their fault but it meant we had to check out earlier than planned. Very professionally however, we were offered, and have received, a refund for the last night, so I think that was well handled. Can’t really give 5 stars because of the food thing but happy to give 4 stars and would stay again.. I hope the remarks about the food etc are taken on board because its a lovely little place in a beautiful part of wales
