It is well maintained and now operates a cafe a few days a week. The cake is famous and all the other things are pretty good too! The opening times do vary according to the season so best check if you are making a specific journey to sample the cake. There is a pleasant walk and Dinas Rock nearby.read moreread less

Located in Pontneddfechan Village Hall, a small cafe with outdoor seating opens Friday – Sunday each week from spring till late Autumn. Hot and cold snacks and drinks are available. The village hall also has a small carpark where you can park whilst visiting the local waterfalls for just £3. Please leave your payment in the honesty box located next to the front entrance. The carpark is often used as the meeting point for adventure activities and is often full early during peak season.
