Sychryd Cascades

A bit of a track to get there through tall fern and thorns but it’s worth the views.

Interesting walk from the carpark at Dina's Rocks. You can choose different paths that are highlighted on the map depending on the difficulty and time you have available. The first waterfall Sychryd isn't too far from the car park but there is quite a steep path up the hill. A 6 year old managed with some help. At the car park there are some picnic tables so it's nice to sit down after a climb and grab a bite. You can find some mining caves by the waterfall but they are not accessible to the public,one being private and the other fenced up. Amazing place.

A lovely waterfall to see, a bit of a hike on rocky, muddy, slippery terrain. The pool area of the waterfall is a climb down rocky steps holding onto tree roots and branches, if you do attempt it then the climb back up I found to be easier. Well worth the visit but wear appropriate footwear

First part of the walk from the Dinas Rock carpark to the lower waterfall is fairly easy and there's some good information about the geology of the area, particularly the Dinas fault and dramatically distorted strata. Access to the upper waterfalls is apparently possible from this route, but not for the fainthearted. Much better to use the yellow route from the carpark and take the right hand path where the main path forks, although this is of moderate difficulty, but well worth it. If you want to explore the disused mine over the bridge from the upper waterfall, take a good torch.

It was nice but deffo not a half hour walk, we did it with a child in a wheelchair in 7 minutes

Take the yellow trail from the car park. Stay/take the right hand side paths.

Great walk! Some better signage is needed with the diversions in place.

It's a nice waterfall two ways to get from the carpark but both quite uphill, the waterfall it self is great had some jumps and swam for a bit cold water but great

Bit of trekking but worth it!

Wear good boots for water crossing and in cold icy conditions and take a walking pole really helped with the unsafe sections.

A short walk to this magical waterfall. Its a very beautiful spot to go to and relax

It’s a bit of a steep walk from the car park to get there but well worth it. It was especially good as it’s been heavy rain answer. The waterfall is in full flow.

4.5 mile of wandering beaut, nature waterfalls and greenery. Good trek

A fantastic spot all year round Some heavily wooded valleys and steep climbs

Not the easiest acces, definite no with young kids, but pool area deep enough to jump in

Very steep walk and slippery on the rocks Very over grown so not easy for a picture unless you are good with steep rocks and have appropriate foot wear

Beautiful falls! Longish walk. Bit of a scramble down to the pool underneath.

The cave over the bridge just seems to keep going. It was a lovely little spot.

Pretty decent waterfall but one of the least impressive in the area. If you are doing a lap of all the others it’s worth a visit but not really for a solo trip

Piękne zaciszne miejsce jeśli szukasz mokrych wrażeń to na pewno tam znajdziesz. Są prowadzone wycieczki przez szlak wodospadów, oczywiście w kombinezonach a to dlatego że każdy musi być mokry 😁 no i oczywiście skoki z wodospadów. A jeśli masz ochotę na zwiedzanie jaskini która jest całkowicie za darmo proponuję dobre latarki ponieważ jest duża i długa.
